Cheetahs have had a long history of habitat loss and poaching. Luckily there are many organizations that have come to their rescue. One project that has been making strides in cheetah conservation is the education of local farmers and bringing in Anatolian Shepherds to help protect their livestock which also helps to keep the cheetahs safe.
